Here at ACE Forklift Training we run the TLILIC0004 – Licence to Operate an Order Picker Training, every Monday – Tuesday. The course involves a combination of theory and practical work designed to equip students with the safe and effective operation of LO equipment in the warehouse, transport or logistics industries.

Students at ACE Forklift Training receive high-quality tutelage and assessment to get order picker license in Sydney, ensuring an exceptional pass rate and a sound ability to perform their workplace tasks according to industry standards. We offer a Two day beginners course, One day training and half day assessment Advanced course and a 4 hour refresher course. Most students attend class of order picking forklift at our well-facilitated Padstow training centre, however businesses can elect for onsite training where necessary.

Schedule	Order Picker Training runs Monday – Tuesday All Order Picker assessments will be conducted on Tuesdays
Pre-Requisites	Must be 18 years of age Have good understanding of both written and spoken English Have 100 points of ID Arrive wearing closed shoes, safety boots are preferable Manual and formative assessment will be emailed upon booking your course with ACE
Course Content	Monitoring site conditions for potential workplace hazards Driving the forklift to fulfil operational requirements Monitoring and maintaining forklift performance Post-start and post-operational checks and procedures Onsite communication methods Hazard prevention and control measures
Assessment	All students must complete the practical and theory assessment in order to fulfil the requirements of this course. Participants will need to be deemed competent in a formative assessment prior to completing the formal SafeWork assessment. Required Knowledge Under WHS Worksafety HRW Legislation for the Successful Completion of this Unit Compliance with OH&S licensing legislation Effectively communicate and work safely with others in the work spac. Identify hazards associated with the operation of the order picking forklift truck and put in place effective hazard prevention/controls for those hazards Effectively conduct pre-start and post start checks, and shut down checks of the order picking forklift truck. Effectively operate the forklift, pick and place loads safely at various heights, including driving and maneuvering and placing loads down in a safe manner
Outcomes	Successful participants receive a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment in TLILIC0004 Licence to Operate an Order Picker. Successful participants will also receive a SafeWork Notice of Satisfactory Assessment (NSA) which is valid for 60 days.
